We do not include campsites with our rentals. Customers are responsible for reserving campsites separately. We would be happy to assist you in reserving the best site for your stay if requested.
We have a two night minimum. The more nights you book the cheaper the nightly rate gets. Two night rentals will have the highest nightly rate.
Our rentals come stocked with cooking pots and pans, plates & bowls, drinking cups, cooking & eating utensils, cutting board & cutting knives, wine bottle opener, broom & dustpan, RV septic safe toilet paper, outdoor table, outdoor chairs, and outdoor mat.
Items we suggest bringing are, all toiletries, besides toilet paper as it is provided, dish soap and sponge, specialty kitchenware you may need, paper products(paper towels, paper plates), coffee filters, cleaning supplies, bedding, and kitchen & bathroom towels.
We do not have any hidden fees that will be tacked onto your rental. The total price we give you before you reserve your rental will not change. We do have additional fees such as a pet fee if you will be bringing along your pet, as well as a cleaning fee if the trailer is not cleaned prior to check out.
Dry camping is a term used when camping with no utility hookups such as power, water, or sewer. Compared to full hookups where you will have power, water, and sewer in your campsite. With dry camping you will need to be cautious of how much power you are consuming from the trailer battery and make sure to keep it charged by running the generator. You will also not have 120v power to your outlets unless the generator is running. You will also be limited on water and will need to use it sparingly. Once you run out of water or fill the sewer tanks you are stuck that way until the trailer is picked up.
When planning your camping trip, we recommend booking your campsite as early in advance as possible. During peak season campsites can be very difficult to get in popular campgrounds. If you need help reserving your campsite or choosing the best campground to visit, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help.
We deliver our rentals between 1pm and 5pm. We cannot deliver a rental any earlier than the campgrounds check in time. For example if the campground check in time is 3pm, we will deliver the trailer as close to 3pm as possible.
Our check out time is an hour prior to the campgrounds check out time to allow us enough time to pack up the trailer before the campgrounds check out time. If you would like a later check out time please request this prior to your rental so we can try and accommodate this request. If you are camping on a private property or do not have a campground check out time then our check out time is at 11am.
You do not need to be at the campsite when the trailer is delivered. We typically deliver our rentals prior to the customer arriving to the campground so the trailer is ready when they arrive. You also do not need to be at the campsite when we pick up the trailer. Please just leave the trailer the way you arrived to it and the doors unlocked.
